Agent 3.5.0

Agent 3.5.0 includes several exciting new features and enhancements, as well as bug fixes. In this release we also did a major revamp in the header footer for Excel and Outlook plugins, now the visual labels are not editable and users will be asked where they want to apply visual labels. This release also includes several bug fixes, ensuring that Agent 3.5.0 is more stable and reliable than ever before.

Upgrade to Agent 3.5.0 today to take advantage of these new features and enhancements, and to experience a better, more efficient workflow.

New Features:

• Add a {date} feature in agent to display the current date while classifying a document

Bug-Fixes:

• Cannot re-classify pdf docs, the pop-up window doesn't show up again.

• Printing option in "Force" mode keeps asking for classification

• The cancel button not showing in a pop-up window when there is an existing header/footer

• Outlook double header when replying/forwarding email and changing classification

• Auto-classification is not set as per the suggestion

• Save Anyway appearing as Print Anyway

• New Word updater not recognize headers/footers from the old updater, and duplicates them

• Header/footer append issue in Word

• Excel - “Match entire cell contents” is marked by default when GV agent is installed

• SIB - Meeting Responses are not able to classify when it's in RTF

Know Issues:

• Overwrite in PPT and append in word requires basic tweaking which will be taken care soon.

NOTE: By Default Feature Flag is enabled for all plugins, make sure that in the config there are no feature flag property and if you have please enable it.

Agent 3.5.5:

The list of issues resolved in this hotfix are:

• Feature flag file missing missing after Auto-Update causing to enable old Header-Footer Logic.

Agent 3.5.6:

The list of issues resolved in this hotfix are:

• Opening excel from email attachments is asking again to append h/f

• Unhandled error while trying to set cursor at the beginning of the body

• Footer visual tag added before signature when replying to unclassified email

• Lag after switching active sheet

• Unclassified attachment wasn't blocked when clicked 'Set Suggested'

• Watermark is duplicated on save or reclassification with the same tag value

• Duplicates on agent management page

• Dialog box shows description for Cancel button which is incorrect

• Word: Issues when classifying "Title page only" on Titus files.

• Agent 3.5.5 upgrade over 3.0.5 won't have pop up windows

• Internal email going out to External domains
