Automatic assignment of attachment classification to email

Summary:

We have added an interesting new feature which will allow the user to automatically assign the classification of the attachment to the email, means if the attachment is Confidential and the email is not classified and user tries to send the email, the classification from the attachment i.e. confidential will be assigned to the email. In the expert mode the property is called AutoLabelViaAttachments which allows value as True or False. On the Wizard it is a check box called Assign Attachment label to Email as seen in the image below.

Scenarios Covered in Demo Video

• Attachment is confidential and email is not classified, user will be able to send email and classification of attachment will be applied to email

• Attachment is confidential and email is classified as Public, user will send email and classification of attachment i.e. Confidential will be applied to email.

• Attachment is confidential and email is classified as Highly Confidential, user will send email and classification of attachment i.e. Confidential will NOT be applied to email.

• Multiple attachments of different classification level is attached to email, when user send the email only the value of highest classification level from the attachment will be applied to email.
