Converting Classified Word Documents to PDF

Description:

Till now converting classified word documents into pdf would make them loose the classification but not anymore! We have added a new feature where users can convert classified word documents into pdf without loosing classification. A new button is added in the ribbon as shown below which will be disabled by default. As soon as the user classifies the document the button will be enabled and user can use this new button to convert word documents into classified pdf documents.

Before Classification: Classification is not Set and Save Classified PDF button is disabled

After Classification: Classification is Set and Save Classified PDF button is Enabled

Click on the Save Classified Button and the dialog box to save the word document as PDF in desired location will displayed

Document is converted into pdf along with classification and meta data

Note: If user wants to convert a document in pdf without classification then regular method from File → Save As can be used
