Scan Progress

This guide will explain the details on the scan progress page

Accessing the Scan Progress page:

From the Getvisibility Dashboard, select the 'Scan Progress' section.

This page is mainly divide into multiple sections giving an overall understanding about the scan as below:

Scan Overview:

On this section Admin can see the number of files scanned on each location in the organization:

Open

Classified Deep Inspection or Classified Cataloged data:

This section gives the information of number of files classified during different time periods.

Valuable Assets:

This section gives the information related to the number of classified files like how many confidential files were found during the scan etc.

PII By Type:

Here the Admin can get the information about PII files in different location and the PII files are of which type like HTM, text etc

Sensitive Files By Type:

Here the Admin can get the information about all sensitive files in different location and the PII files are of which type like HTM, text etc

Assets at Risk by Classification:

This sections gives an overview about the number of files that are high risk,, medium risk and how many are shared externally. Based on this information admin can take necessary decisions.

File Counts by Size:

In the below section user can see the count of files based on their size.

Assets by Users and Groups:

Shows the number of users and groups identified during the scan.

Critical Files by Type:

Here the Admin can get the information about all the critical files are of which type like HTML, text etc.

Overexposed Data:

This section tells the users how many of their files are Externally, Internally or Publicly shared:
