This runbook details how to create Analytics dashboard that will contain:

  • Agent Activity information

  • Agent Management information

Create new Board in Analytics tab

Edit the Board and add first Widget (Agent Management)

Verify the Widget contain information you require

Add a second Widget (Agent Activity)

Verify content and Exit Edit Mode

Agent Analytics page is now complete
