Summary:

Agent 3.3.0 includes several exciting new features and enhancements, as well as bug fixes. The main highlight of this release is the four new languages that we have started to support. From this release onwards Admin can add help button on Agent UI to enhance end users experience. In this release we also did a major revamp in header-footer for word plugin, now the visual labels are not editable and users will be asked where they want to apply visual labels. This release also includes several bug fixes, ensuring that Agent 3.3.0 is more stable and reliable than ever before.

New Features:

• Language Support for Agent UI for Portuguese, Italian, French and German

• Agent Management Page showing value for columns Agent Version and Operating System

• Sending classified email to non Synergy user and the same user sending back to Synergy user, classification is retained when replying to the email.

• Attributes/compliance and distribution are shown in ribbon as tooltip

Bug-Fixes:

• Classification disappearing when document layout moved to landscape

• Previous Marking - Word classification issue

• Extra information added when printing to PDF from Outlook

• Watermark Alignment is sent to the left border instead of centre

• Cannot change the Compliance when there is already a suggestion

Know Issues:

• The revamp of header footer visual labels that includes non-editable markings and pop-up box for where to apply Header-footer is only done for Word in this release, for all the other plugins and explorer it will be available in the next agent.
