Overview of New Updates:
🔒 Enhancements for DSPM
1. Navigation and Label Improvements in User Interface
QT-664 - Renaming of 'Explore Files' and 'Explore Trustees' to 'Enterprise Search' and 'Access Governance' respectively, aligning the terminology more closely with industry standards and enhancing user understanding.
QT-632 - Renaming of 'DSPM' and 'Data Controls' to 'Policy Center' and 'Controls Orchestration' respectively, aligning the terminology more closely with industry standards and enhancing user understanding.
2. Improved Revoke Permissions for SMB and SharePoint Online
QT-672 - Enhanced revoke permissions feature now accurately reflects the selected files immediately, providing a straightforward and error-free user experience.
3. Import/Export Detectors
QT-486 - We have added ability to import and export detectors between the environments. For professional service teams it is now easier then ever to bring pre-configured set of detectors to their customers.
Agent Configuration
Disabled the v3 Agent Configuration Wizard from the system due to usability issues and the promotion of users to migrate towards the more stable and featured v4 agent. DEL-338

CHANGE LOG - DSPM Product
New Features
Detectors:
Added new feature to dynamically detect attribute changes in the system. Detection patterns are now more flexible, allowing for real-time updates without redeployment. This was a much-requested feature by systems requiring dynamic analysis capabilities. QT-630
Implemented support for the "Last Access Date" attribute by Scan Manager to include data from connectors that support this attribute. This will provide more detailed analytics and risk assessment capabilities by identifying outdated or infrequently accessed data. QT-673
Analytics and Reporting:
Resolved an issue where Analytics Widgets for Agent activities displayed incorrect labels/data. The widget now accurately displays defined data and reflects up-to-date system analytics. QT-635
Updated the Analytics module to handle an internal server error during data export operations, which previously caused timeouts and errors, as reported in enterprise environments. QT-675
Fixed a chart widget issue in the Analytics module where a widget preview was only visible upon adding two GQL queries, rather than one. QT-593
Adjusted the widget creation process where some widgets would not save correctly when selecting the Connectors dataset in the Analytics module. QT-628
Administration:
Introduced configuration enhancements across multiple data registers and control modules to accommodate dynamic dataset analyses, improving the back-end contract conformity for better data handling. QT-601
Data Sources Management:
Re-organised action items within the data sources management interface, prioritising scan-related activities to enhance user interaction and workflow efficiency. QT-604
Permissions Management:
Enhanced the permissions evaluation method within the system to speed up processing and reduce computational overhead, resulting in more timely data access and manipulation for large datasets. QT-616
Fixes
User Interface Improvements:
Addressed a visual issue where part of tooltips for risk assessments were obscured by modal boundaries within the data register interface. QT-590
Corrected an erroneous display where department labels were shown as [Object Object] within the Explore Files page, which now displays descriptive text properly. QT-659
Repaired the layout of modal windows within the agent management system that previously displayed too narrowly, making them now consistent with other modal interfaces across the dashboard. DEL-335
Fixed a bug in the Explore Trustees interface where expanding row details always displayed details from the first row. It now correctly displays information pertinent to the selected row. QT-587
Performance Improvements
Java VM:
Applied improved JVM flags and memory configuration to enhance performance and stability across various java services within the system. QT-612
Operational Updates
Kubernetes Deployments:
Established node affinity rules for critical services to ensure they are deployed within appropriate compute clusters, enhancing operational efficiency and resource utilisation. PLTF-1304
Version Rollouts
Numerous incremental releases and version bumps were implemented to maintain compatibility, enhance security measures, and improve overall system responsiveness according to deployment needs across various environments.
