Features

• Added SLDAP certificate upload to UI

  • This will make it easier for users to copy/paste their certificates when setting up the connection

• Updated icons in UI for training

• The Grouped Shares column and filter in the UI is replaced by Alias. These two terms had been used interchangeably but the ability to group shares under multiple connectors is not yet available. Therefore the term alias replaced this.

• Scans are grouped by connector type on Scan Control page. This makes it much easier for users to navigate this screen give the large amounts of scans that can be configured.

• Minium number of files limit for ML training is 100. DS needs at least this amount to train a new tag. The dashboard now blocks creating signatures for training unless there are at least 100 files selected. Users are informed of this with a toast.

• Data Risk Audit Survey results are persisted after a user enters them. This allows users to review the survey and answers at any time. Four of the questions were also changed to optional, these relate to risk metrics that will be implemented in the future.

• SMB connector:

  • Exclude directories functionality was added

  • Skip retrying for deleted files

• Critical files accessible to Enabled Inactive Users risk metric has been updated to get the average number of critical files available to a mean subset of 100 enabled inactive users. The risk score is calculated in a similar way and info on the total number of these users is available. The change was made to avoid very massive calculations of all critical files available to all of these users. By taking a subset of the most typical of these users customers can still get valuable insights and start planning remediation.

Bugs

• Sensitive files are now calculated in the database rather than the classifier. The sensitive column in the Classification Tags screen no longer reflected this change so it was removed.

• Slovak letters were no displaying correctly in the agent when added to the config wizard. This was fixed.

• Importing a configuration file for the agent was throwing on error which has been fixed.

• RegEx creation tag override requirement has been removed. This allows users to set up a RegEx for identification without forcing them to override a classification.

• Downloads from the results page no longer include historical classifications. This functionality remains in the downloads from the ML training pages.

• Exports were failing under certain minor conditions these were fixed.

• Box connector error when using proxy was fixed.

• Access error for SMB connector was fixed.

• The filename customTags was removed from exports of the Results page

• Status Unknown for exports was fixed
