Synergy Support: Changing the language of the Agent

 

You can set up different or multiple languages and allow your employees to select between any of them.

In order to do this, go to your Synergy server and login with your admin account.

This should be https://yourserveripaddress/ui

This will bring you to the main menu, hover your mouse over the administration, and go to Language Settings:

This will bring you to a menu, in which you can edit the languages for both the dashboard and the agents. Select an agent and add all the languages you want your employees to be able to use. After selecting all, click on save settings to apply the configuration.

After doing this, and waiting a couple of minutes for changes to sync, all your agents should be able to select the desired language. In order to do this, right click on the synergy client, and go to configuration. The configuration panel will open and you will be able to select the language previously configured. Click save to apply changes, and that is it.

Now everything related to the agent will be displayed in the selected language:

Note: If the languages are not displayed after the change please review the config and the following property should be present in the config:

"agentAvailableLanguages": [" " ]
