This guide will explain the features available on the Access Governance page of the DSPM platform.
Accessing the Access Governance page:
From the Getvisibility Dashboard, select the 'Access Governance' section.
Columns and options explained:
All the columns available on this page are as below:
Source: Select the source of the files.
Display Name:
Groups:
Enabled:
Active:
Top Level Admin:
Password Last Changed:
Last Login:
Created:
Last Modified:
Trustee ID:

Group Count:
Reviewing File Details:
Each file listed will have details displayed such as:
Path: The directory path of the file.
Category and Subcategory: The classification categories of the file.
Classification: The sensitivity level of the file.
Compliance Tags: Any compliance-related tags assigned to the file.
Created and Last Modified: Timestamps indicating when the file was created and last modified.
Subcategory Confidence: A confidence score indicating the accuracy of the subcategory classification.
Ingested Time: The timestamp when the file was ingested into the system.
Actions: Icons indicating possible actions to take on the file.
File Size: The size of the file.
These details can be configure by selecting the Column Configuration menu here:

Clearing Search:
Click 'Rest' to reset all filters and search criteria.
File Actions:
Permissions & Access Rights:
To view or modify the permissions and access rights of a file, click on the Actions menu.
A detailed list will appear showing the Security Identifier (SID), the common name associated with that SID, the organizational unit, domain, and the specific permissions granted.
Manually Verify ML Classification:
To adjust the machine learning classification of a file, click on the pencil icon under the 'Actions' column.
A dialog box titled 'Verify ML Classification' will appear, allowing you to change:
The 'Category' and 'Subcategory' of the document.
The 'Compliance' tags associated with the file.
The 'Classification' level (e.g., Public, Internal, Confidential).
Confidence levels for the category and subcategory will be displayed, providing insight into the ML model's certainty regarding its classification.
After making changes, click 'SAVE' to apply them.
Advanced Search:
Toggle the 'Switch to advanced search' to use GQL (Getvisibility Query Language).
