Reviewing File Details:

Each file listed will have details displayed such as:

  • Path: The directory path of the file.

  • Category and Subcategory: The classification categories of the file.

  • Classification: The sensitivity level of the file.

  • Compliance Tags: Any compliance-related tags assigned to the file.

  • Created and Last Modified: Timestamps indicating when the file was created and last modified.

  • Subcategory Confidence: A confidence score indicating the accuracy of the subcategory classification.

  • Ingested Time: The timestamp when the file was ingested into the system.

  • Actions: Icons indicating possible actions to take on the file.

  • File Size: The size of the file.

  • These details can be configure by selecting the Column Configuration menu here:

  • To view or modify the permissions and access rights of a file, click on the Actions menu.

  • A detailed list will appear showing the Security Identifier (SID), the common name associated with that SID, the organizational unit, domain, and the specific permissions granted.

Manually Verify ML Classification:

To adjust the machine learning classification of a file, click on the pencil icon under the 'Actions' column.

A dialog box titled 'Verify ML Classification' will appear, allowing you to change:

  • The 'Category' and 'Subcategory' of the document.

  • The 'Compliance' tags associated with the file.

  • The 'Classification' level (e.g., Public, Internal, Confidential).

  • Confidence levels for the category and subcategory will be displayed, providing insight into the ML model's certainty regarding its classification.

  • After making changes, click 'SAVE' to apply them.

Advanced Search:

    • The data sources that were scanned are shown in this column

    • Display Name: This columns shows the name if the user or group

    • Type: This columns tell the admin if the information is about a user or a group.

    • Groups: Here we can see which all groups the user or admin belongs to.

    • Enabled: Status Icon(in green) shows if the user is enabled.

    • Active: Status Icon(in green) shows if the user is active

    • Top Level Admin: Icon(in green)in this column shows if the user is a Admin

    • Password Last Changed: This shows when the password was last changed with date and time for the user

    • Last Login: This shows when the the user was last logged

    • Created: This shows when the the user or group was created

    • Last Modified: This shows when the the user was last modified

    • Trustee ID: Shows the trustee ID. It is a unique id created using the combination of users and groups.

    • Name: Name of the user or group is shown here

    • Group Count: The user belongs to how many total group is shown in this column.

Trend Symbol:

Click on the trend symbol to see graphs related to the data based on when it was created or last modified or last logged in at:

Expand Details:

Admins can get more detailed information about each user and group by using the expand details options.

Using the Expand Details option opens a new page like below and has the details like:

  • Trustee Detail: All the columns and its values

  • Aggregated File Metrics: Will give more insights related to the trustee like

    • Overexposed Data

    • Detectors Hits

    • Distribution of risky files by classification

    • File Distribution

    • Counts of files.

Using this option management can view how many groups this trustee belongs to.
