We have prepared a new Public Release!

@Marketing, @Sales, @Pre-Sales
Please feel free to distribute this release note to your partners and customers!

Agent 4.1.x

Introducing Agent 4.1.x – a significant update packed with exciting features, improvements, and bug fixes to enhance your user experience. The main feature of this update is the ability to add visual labels to PDFs. Additionally, we're thrilled to introduce the AI mismatch property, empowering administrators to promptly alert end users if they select a value different from suggested options. With Agent 4.1.0, administrators gain enhanced control over updates, with the ability to selectively auto-update test machines prior to organization-wide deployment. Moreover, we've streamlined our release process internally, ensuring swift and seamless delivery of the agent to you.

We encourage you to upgrade to Agent 4.1.x today, gaining access to these new features and enhancements.

New Features for Agent 4.1.0

  • Visual Label on PDF

    • Up until now, administrators could only add metadata to PDFs, but with this latest update, they can now configure the addition of visual label i.e. headers to PDF documents. This feature offers complete flexibility, allowing admins to decide whether they want visual labels on PDFs or not, based on their specific needs. Please refer to the video linked below for further details of configuration.

  • AI Mismatch Policy for Categorical and Binary tag types

    • Admins can configure the new AI mismatch property to notify end users when they select a value that deviates from suggested options, whether higher or lower. Admins have full control, with the ability to configure the property to block, warn, or simply ignore the discrepancy. Administrators can also set the percentage of suggestion confidence at which the policy is enforced, providing tailored control over user interactions. This functionality extends across classification, distribution, and compliance, covering both binary and categorical tags. Please refer to demo attached for details.

  • Enabling Beta auto-updates

    • With the enable beta version update property, administrators now have advanced control over the update process, allowing them to strategically auto-update designated test machines before rolling out changes organization-wide. Administrators can now specify machines to receive the Release Candidate (RC) agent, which serves as a beta version for thorough testing before the final deployment across the organization. This selective approach ensures that any potential issues are identified and resolved before widespread implementation, minimizing disruptions and maximizing the reliability of updates.
