This document describes the steps of how organizations can decide to Warn/Block the users from lowering the classification value than the value suggested by AI.

WARN:

Using this option we can Warn the user to not set lower suggestions based on the AI value. As seen below the option is set to Warn and the Threshold % is set to 74. This means that if users receive a suggestion with confidence of more than 74% then the application will WARN the user if the user tries to LOWER the classification value.

Wizard:

Config:

Suggestion Received:

We have received suggestions with 100% confidence which is greater than the set threshold of 74%.

The user tries to lower the classification and wants to apply INTERNAL to the document. When the user saves/closes the document, he will receive the following message to remind the user that he is using a value lower than the AI suggestion.

BLOCK:

Using this option we can BLOCK the user to not set lower suggestions based on the AI value. As seen below the option is set to Block and the Threshold % is set to 50. This means that if users receive a suggestion with confidence of more than 50% then the application will Block the user to LOWER the classification value.

Wizard:

Config:

Suggestion Received:

We have received suggestions with 100% confidence which is greater than the set threshold of 50%.

Since the Block option is set in config the user CANNOT lower the classification of the document. The classification can be increased but not lowered.
