Summary:

Agent 3.5.0 includes several exciting new features and enhancements, as well as bug fixes. In this release we also did a major revamp in the header footer for Excel and Outlook plugins, now the visual labels are not editable and users will be asked where they want to apply visual labels. This release also includes several bug fixes, ensuring that Agent 3.5.0 is more stable and reliable than ever before.

Upgrade to Agent 3.5.0 today to take advantage of these new features and enhancements, and to experience a better, more efficient workflow.

New Features:

• Add a {date} feature in agent to display the current date while classifying a document

  • eg:

  • Image RemovedImage Added

    Multiple formats are allowed to write dates like:

  • Image RemovedImage Added

• Write metadata to XMP headers of PDFs

  • Image RemovedImage Added

• Non-editable visual labels in all Plugins

Bug-Fixes:

• Cannot re-classify pdf docs, the pop-up window doesn't show up again.

• Printing option in "Force" mode keeps asking for classification

• The cancel button not showing in a pop-up window when there is an existing header/footer

• Outlook double header when replying/forwarding email and changing classification

• Auto-classification is not set as per the suggestion

• Save Anyway appearing as Print Anyway

• New Word updater not recognize headers/footers from the old updater, and duplicates them

• Header/footer append issue in Word

• Excel - “Match entire cell contents” is marked by default when GV agent is installed

• SIB - Meeting Responses are not able to classify when it's in RTF

• Excel Append Footer overwrites

• Not detecting Titus Marking - PPT

• Footer is displayed on the original invite instead of new message while replying/forwarding calendar invite

• Outlook - No visual tags when replying, forwarding, or composing an email in Plain Text format

• Outlook - No header/footer classification markings when the email format is plain text

• Update the GV logo with the latest Logo in all agent dialog boxes

Know Issues:

• Overwrite in PPT and append in word requires basic tweaking which will be taken care soon.

HotFixes:

Agent 3.5.1:

The list of issues resolved in this hotfix are:

• External email sent with internal classification

• Multiple visual tags in word

• Unexpected error when updating document

• Fixed Headers in word shows the append/Overwrite dialog box when there are no pre-existing Header and footer

• Floating Header and footer is getting appended

• The set Suggested button on AI-descalation dialog box is not working in Excel
